New hemodialysis machinery with the latest technology is used at MEDIFIL Chronic Hemodialysis Center, and we can provide all types of hemodialysis (on line hemodiafiltration).

The hemodialysis filters used are disposable, low flux and high flux , made by internationally recognized foreign firms (Nipro, Japan).

The unit is also equipped with:

• Blood gas analyzer
• Troponin T measurement instrument
• Instrument for measuring patients’ dry weight
• State-of-the-art defibrillators and ECG machines
• 24h central control of all unit premises through a network
• Holter pressure, Holter rhythm
• Cardiac and vascular ultrasound (routine check)

Each hemodialysis station has a personal oxygen supply for each patient, a personal TV set and internet access.

The Center has a state-of-the-art water processing unit, independent water and power in case of supply shortages or blackouts by EYDAP or PPC. This ensures that hemodialysis is completed safely without interruptions.

The Unit also has a private ambulance for transferring urgent cases.
